These Terms govern your use of the Haulwell website and junk removal services provided by Salvo Digital LLC dba Haulwell. By requesting a quote or booking a pickup, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes and pricing

AI-generated estimates are good-faith ranges based on the photo and answers you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site once our crew sees the actual load, access, and any items not visible in the photo. You may decline service before work begins at no charge.

The Haulwell Pro Network (independent contractors)

Haulwell services are performed by vetted, insured independent hauling professionals in the Haulwell Pro Network. Salvo Digital LLC dba Haulwell screens, background-checks, dispatches, insures, bills, and stands behind every job — but the on-site hauling work is performed by independent contractors, not Haulwell employees. Every pro carries active general liability and commercial auto coverage on file with Haulwell, and every job is backed by Haulwell's $1M insurance policy and satisfaction guarantee. If anything goes wrong on a job, you contact Haulwell directly — we are your single point of accountability. What we take

We haul most household, office, and construction debris. We do not accept hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuel), medical waste, or items prohibited by Indiana state regulations.

Scheduling and cancellations

Same-day and scheduled pickups are subject to crew availability. Please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled window so we can serve other customers.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion. We accept all major credit cards, debit, and digital wallets.

Liability

Haulwell is licensed and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage or items not properly identified at the time of pickup. Please remove any items you wish to keep before our crew arrives.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
