Licensed and insured
Haulwell carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance for every job we perform in Indiana. Certificates are available on request before your pickup.
Background-checked crews
Every Haulwell team member passes a background check and goes through hands-on safety training before stepping on a customer property. Our trucks are clearly branded and our team wears uniforms with name tags.
On-site safety practices
- Floor protection and corner guards used inside homes by default.
- Two-person lifts on anything over 50 lbs to prevent damage and injury.
- Proper PPE — gloves, eye protection, and steel-toe footwear.
- Hazardous items (paint, chemicals, batteries) flagged and routed to certified facilities — never thrown in the truck.
What we won't haul
For safety and legal reasons we do not accept asbestos, medical waste, fuel, or unsealed chemicals. If you're unsure about an item, just send a photo through our quote tool — we'll let you know and recommend the right disposal facility.
Reporting a concern
If something goes wrong on a job, email safety@haulwell.co or reply to your booking confirmation. We respond to safety concerns within one business day.
