• Generate AI-powered price estimates from your photo and answers.
• Schedule and complete your junk removal pickup.
• Contact you about your quote, pickup, or follow-up service.
• Improve our pricing models and service quality.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, AI processing, SMS/email delivery) and only as needed to provide the service.

Data retention

We retain different categories of data for different periods:

• Quote details and photos: up to 7 years (tax/regulatory).
• Quote PDFs: 7 years, stored privately and accessed via expiring signed links.
• Technician location pings: 30 days, then automatically deleted.
• Email/SMS delivery logs: 18 months.
• Internal error logs: 30 days, then automatically deleted.
